Narinfah Resort - Kaeng Krachan

We loved staying at this hotel that was located next to a small stream. We could easily access the stream from our room, a unique feature we enjoyed. In terms of cleanliness, we found the hotel to be very well maintained and tidy. The facilities offered by the hotel met our expectations, and we had no complaints in that regard. We also appreciated that the hotel provided parking. The location was very convenient for us, and getting around this city was easy. Lastly, we were impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of the hotel staff.

This hotel provided a serene holiday experience for my family over the Christmas period. The proximity to the river was amazing, as we could sit by it and have a nice peaceful view. the location was perfect, offering unique cultural experiences just a short walk away. We were also able to enjoy a delicious breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel did have a few downsides. The service could be improved, as we often struggled to find staff and had to call them directly with our mobile phones.

Spent Xmas at a riverfront hotel with amazing scenery! Loved being able to step out of the room and have direct access to the river. the breakfast menu had a variety of options that were delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and clean linens.

The service received at the hotel was not up to par. It was difficult to find staff when we needed assistance, and there seemed to be no service available during the night.
